Facilities Management

Penn Building Services has 12 years of Facilities Management experience with responsibilities for all trades, providing basic building maintenance by PBS employees. PBS will coordinate with Service Contract providers for larger  systems (HVAC) to completely run the day-to-day operations.

HRN from HRS RTLPBS specializes in managing small to mid-level buildings, PBS will supply all labor, tools, equipment, and insurances to provide daily cleaning and/or maintenance services for your building(s).

PBS has a relationship with several mechanical contractors, providing trade expertise to keep your buildings running efficiently and without interruption.

One Point of Contact

PBS provides one point of contact for cleaning, maintenance, offices moves, and office renovations for companies looking to contract out these operations.

We understand the strains to your Operating Budget costs associated with companies trying maintain a Full-time maintenance staff for either office cleaning and/or maintenance repairs of your building on a daily basis.

PBS can be that contracted “employee” and/or Business Services department, under contract with a fixed per-year cost to keep budgets inline.
